Knoll Upsizes Office and Showroom Space at 1330 Sixth

Office design firm Knoll has renewed and expanded its showroom and office space for a total of 60,000 square feet at RXR Realty’s 1330 Ave. of the Americas. The latest transactions adds 12,000 square feet to Knoll’s existing footprint at the Sixth Avenue office tower.

“Knoll has been a valued tenant in our building since 2012, and we’re thrilled that they have decided to not only renew their lease and continue to call 1330 Ave. of the Americas their home, but also expand their presence in the building,” said Andrew Ackerman, SVP of leasing at RXR. “We’re seeing continued strong tenant interest and demand in the building, especially from financial services companies.”

Ackerman and Alexandra Budd represented RXR in-house in the transaction. There were no outside brokers involved.

RXR recently performed upgrades at 1330 Sixth, which helped attract three new financial service tenants totaling more than 10,000 square feet.
