Kluesner, Rymer Join Avison in Twin Cities

Tenant-representation and corporate-services specialists Phil Kluesner (pictured) and Eddie Rymer have joined Avison Young’s Minneapolis team. Kluesner has come in as a principal, while Rymer has joined as SVP.

Both will continue to focus on their specialties while working with the Twin Cities occupier services team. Before joining Avison Young, Kluesner and Rymer worked together at Carlson Commercial in Minneapolis as SVPs.

Kluesner brings 32 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role, while Rymer is a 15-year veteran. Over the course of his career, Kluesner has represented more than 600 businesses in their real estate transactions.

Rymer has facilitated more than 250 transactions, covering more than 3.5 million square feet.  Both men launched their own businesses in the years prior to working together at Carlson.
