KLNB Welcomes New Brokers Retail Team 

KLNB announced the addition of two new brokers to the firm’s retail division.

Jeff Bach and Joe Botzler come to KLNB from JLL, bringing a wealth of experience in regional and national tenant representation and leasing. Both will focus on the greater Baltimore region and will be based out of KLNB’s offices in Towson, Maryland.

Jeff Bach brings 35 years of experience specializing in both agency leasing and tenant representation, with a focus on local and national markets. Bach comes to KLNB after being with JLL since 2017, prior to which he spent 27 years at CBRE, working with a wide range of tenants and landlords throughout his career.

Joe Botzler also specializes in regional and national tenant representation services, offering nearly 15 years of expertise in market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, renewals, terminations, and retail consulting. Botzler also works closely with both private and institutional owners to accomplish their retail leasing and merchandising goals.
