KLNB Secures Three Tenant Leases at Montrose Shopping Center in MD

KLNB’s Maryland Landlord Team of Principal Ken Fellows and Associate Keiry Martinez has secured three new industrial leases at Montrose Shopping Center, located at 5520-5636 Randolph Road in Rockville, Maryland.

With the trio of new tenants, the flex portion of the property is up to 100% occupancy. This milestone was achieved following three strategic leasing transactions totaling 8,608 square feet. American Cedar & Millwork, an architectural building materials dealer, signed a 4,208-square-foot lease, and Corolla Beauty signed a 2,200-square-foot lease. Additionally, fitness and rehabilitation facility Neural Movement will occupy 2,200 square feet.

The 119,378-square-foot Montrose Shopping Center is a retail destination anchored by MOM’s Organic Market. Sitting just off Rockville Pike, one of the region’s busiest corridors. “Our deep understanding of the industrial market allowed us to provide our client with the data-focused insights necessary to make informed, confident decisions,” said Martinez.
