KLNB’s landlord advisory team of Principals Ken Fellows and Robert Pugh and Transaction Manager Keiry Martinez has secured a lease for a nearly 7,000-square-foot flex space at Metro Park North located at 7524 Standish Place in Rockville, Maryland. Metro Park North is comprised of nine single-story medical and office buildings totaling over 360,000 square feet.

KLNB, a provider of commercial real estate services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, represented the property owner, DSC Partners, LLC, a real estate development and investment company. KLNB leased a 7,000-square-foot space to Castro Property Management Inc., a management and electrical business.

“7524 Standish Place provides Castro Property Management Inc. with a space that suits their need to be near their Gaithersburg office, which allows for a reduction in travel time and efficiency between both locations,” said Martinez. “This end cap unit was recently renovated by DSC and allowed Castro Property Management, Inc. to move immediately without any downtime.”
