KLNB Secures Lease for Gorjana Jewelry in Old Town Alexandria
KLNB has represented Gorjana Jewelry, a Southern California-based jewelry brand, in securing a new retail location at 724 King Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.
The deal was overseen by KLNB Vice President Forrest Morrill and Principal Joe Fleischmann. This is Gorjana’s sixth location in the Washington, D.C. region, and KLNB’s first deal with the company. The 1,756-square-foot space spans two floors and offers the brand a storefront location.
“King Street is one of the most competitive retail corridors in the Mid-Atlantic, where available footprint rarely hits the open market,” said KLNB Vice President Forrest Morrill. “When Gorjana approached us with their proposed timeline, our team mobilized immediately, using our deep market relationships to unlock an off-market opportunity that perfectly aligns with their brand strategy and target launch date.”
