The two-building, 61,551 square-foot office and flex property is located at 9639 Doctor Perry Rd. in Ijamsville, MD. The asset is owned by long-time KLNB client Sugarloaf Investment, LLC, which purchased the property in 2022 for $6.2 million when KLNB’s capital markets team represented the seller.
