KLNB Secures $5M Baltimore-Area Industrial Sale

KLNB has completed the $5 million sale of 4834 Old Philadelphia Road in Belcamp, Maryland.

KLNB Principal Christopher P. Wright represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction of the 13,981-square-foot industrial property, which sits on 20 acres in Harford County. This deal further expands KLNB’s presence in industrial real estate across the DMV region.

“This transaction reflects KLNB’s strength in the industrial sector and our commitment to delivering value for all parties involved,” said Wright. “By leveraging our deep knowledge of the Harford County market and understanding the operational needs of both buyer and seller, we were able to structure a mutually beneficial outcome.”
