KLNB Secures 35K-SF Industrial Lease in Virginia
KLNB, a Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that Principal Scott Rabin helped Daata Partners land a new industrial tenant in Northern Virginia.
KLNB secured the major commercial industrial lease on behalf of landlord client Daata Partners. The tenant, CVC Distribution, a regional cabinet distributor, has leased a 34,567-square-foot space at 3931 Avion Park Court in Chantilly. This is CVC’s first location in the DC region.
“This long-standing relationship we’ve established with Daata Partners is a perfect example of how we build partnerships at KLNB,” says Rabin. “The trust that they have in our expertise and knowledge of the market is why they continue to turn to us to secure high-quality tenants that become long-term occupants.”
Daata Partners has been a client of KLNB, and worked closely with Rabin, for over 25 years, collaborating on a wide variety of transactions that involved properties in Virginia and Maryland.
