KLNB Secures 353K SF in Industrial Leases in Virginia
KLNB has completed three transactions over the past year totaling 353,000 square feet on behalf of California-based Rosendin Electric.
The deals were overseen by KLNB Senior Vice President Josh Katz and Principal Scott Mendelson, both part of the KLNB Occupier Services team. In 2025, Rosendin executed a lease for 53,000 square feet of warehouse and light assembly space at Dulles Summit in Dulles, Virginia. Steve Cloud of Stream Realty and Gerardo Castellanos represented the landlord, Prologis.
Rosendin also completed the third expansion of its East Coast headquarters in Dulles, which now totals 175,000 square feet of office, training, warehouse, and fabrication space. Bob Gibbs of CBRE represented the landlord, Northwestern Mutual.
And recently, Rosendin signed a lease for its Richmond regional operations center, totalling 125,000 square feet. KLNB partnered with Harrison McVey of Range Commercial Partners to represent Rosendin in this transaction. Muscoe Garnett and Adam Lawson of JLL represented the Landlord, Wigeon Capital.
