The KLNB landlord advisory team of Principals Ken Fellows and Robert Pugh and Transaction Manager Keiry Martinez, on behalf of DSC Partners, LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate investment and development company, secured a 19,909-square-foot lease for Arthritis and Rheumatism Associates, PC, the largest rheumatology practice in the DMV.

Located at 7361 Calhoun Place in Rockville, Maryland, the new facility will accommodate two departments, administrative offices, and a physical therapy center. The space is part of DSC’s 221,518-square-foot Class-A office building for the medical practice, which has offices across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

“We anticipate other medical-related professionals and office users will be encouraged to explore leasing opportunities with the arrival of Arthritis and Rheumatism Associates,” said KLNB’s Rob Pugh. “DSC has emerged as one of the major commercial office property owners in the region, and they count on our team to be their partner in securing leases that are in their best interest, not ours.”
