KLNB has overseen the lease of the entire second floor of a two-story office property located at 2815 Old Lee Highway in Fairfax, Virginia, bringing the building to 100% leased.

KLNB Senior Vice Presidents C. Todd McManus and Jesse Martin represented the owner, who also occupies the entire first floor of the building. Located less than two miles from the D.C. beltway, the building is also conveniently located close to I-66, allowing for easy access from Northern Virginia and the Metro D.C. area. 

The 10,367-square-foot space sat vacant for more than a year, and then the owners retained KLNB to oversee leasing. “One of the greatest strengths of KLNB is our network and strong connections in the DMV,” said McManus. “We have terrific relationships with the best brokers in the Mid-Atlantic, allowing us to quickly match properties with credit tenants.”
