KLNB Lists 230K-SF Office, Industrial Portfolio in Rockville 

KLNB, the largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, has been selected as the official leasing agent for two properties in Rockville, Maryland: Parklawn Business Park and Charleston Business Center.  

The 230,000-square-foot portfolio was purchased by an affiliate of Polinger Company in the third quarter of 2023. The KLNB team, led by Principals Ken Fellows and Rob Pugh and Transaction Manager Keiry Martinez, will oversee leasing for three multistory office buildings and two industrial buildings.  

Various residential options and SPEC suites are ready for prospective residents. Beyond office spaces, the property also offers industrial areas suitable for storage or warehouse facilities.
