KLNB Facilitates Sale of Office Property in Maryland

KLNB completed the sale of 189 Kentlands Blvd. in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a two-story, 19,880-square-foot office property situated on 1.28 acres in the heart of the Kentlands community.

The building sold for $5.95 million to an owner-occupant buyer. KLNB Principals Ken Fellows and Matt Skalet represented the seller, The Levine Family Limited Partnership, marking their first opportunity with the client. The buyer, Community Options, will be an owner-occupant.

“Our office and retail teams worked closely together to anticipate buyer needs, manage activity, and ensure a smooth process,” said KLNB’s Ken Fellows. “The property’s location, accessibility, and flexibility made it highly attractive to an owner-occupant, and we’re proud to have delivered exceptional results for our new client.”

Located on a prominent corner in the popular Kentlands neighborhood, the property offers excellent access and visibility, with frontage on Great Seneca Highway and Quince Orchard Road, proximity to I-270, and 68 dedicated parking spaces.
