KLNB Facilitates $7M Sale of Chantilly Property
KLNB completed the sale of 25350 Poland Road, a 12,500-square-foot building on 6.58 acres in Chantilly, Virginia, to Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church for $7 million.
The transaction was managed by KLNB Vice President Zubin David of the firm’s Tenant Advisory Team.
The seller purchased the building in 2020, and since then, the property has served as a weekday daycare and weekend worship space, with over $600,000 invested in interior renovations, making it turnkey for the new owners. KLNB also brokered the 2020 sale.
“Having helped this client acquire the property in 2020, when it came time to sell, they trusted us again to deliver,” said David. “That continued partnership speaks to our commitment, market expertise, and ability to get results.” The Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church will continue to use the building as a church and community center.
