Klevenberg USA Renews Pasadena Lease

Klevenberg USA Inc. renewed its 44,800-square-foot lease at East Belt Business Park in Pasadena, TX. The subsidiary of Dutch company Klevenberg Shipping Center opted to remain put at the 128,000-square-foot property, which is at 1465 E. Sam Houston Pkwy.

JLL’s Ryan Fuselier and Travis Secor negotiated the terms on behalf of the tenant. Faron Wiley of CBRE represented the landlord, PPF Industrial 1455-1465 E Sam Houston Parkway LLC. “Being just a short drive from the Port of Houston Authority, this location continues to serve and support the business operations of Klevenberg USA,” Fuselier said. The tenant came to East Belt Business Park in 2015, when it sublet the space.

Klevenberg USA provides a full line of supplies and materials needed on vessels, for both ocean-going and inland shipping. The company supplies ships calling on Port Houston from its East Belt Business Park location.
