KKR Snags Roswell Industrial Property for $26M

New York investment firm KKR & Co. has acquired two industrial buildings in Roswell for $26 million. The structures were built in the 1980s.

The 16-acre property is located along Old Roswell Road in an area that is quickly filling with new housing. Current tenants at the property include Thrive Farmers Market.

KKR purchased the buildings from Longpoint Realty Partners, which acquired them earlier this year for $19.7 million. KKR has been active in Atlanta this year, acquiring the majority stake in Buckhead’s Salesforce tower for $205 million in August.
