KKR Closes on High-End San Antonio Industrial Park

The Corner Ridge Crossing includes four industrial facilities: one cross-dock, one front-load and two rear-load buildings. The total amount under roof is 576,047 square feet.

Completed in 2020, the property’s tenants include publicly-listed multinational commerce and food & beverage companies.

Located inside the master planned Cornerstone Industrial Park, the facility is in the San Antonio-New Braunfels metropolitan statistical area with access to I-10, I-35 and Loop 410.

KKR acquired the asset through the Americas opportunistic equity real estate fund. JLL marketed the property on behalf to he seller, Hines.
