KKR Acquires 616,000 Square Foot Industrial Park in Dallas

The TCC Altamoore was built in 2021 and consists of three buildings, all three adding up to 616,000 square feet. One is 298,000 square feet, another at 206,917 and a third at 110,960. Only the third is unleased. The first two are leased to undisclosed publicly traded companies.

Trammell Crow was the seller. The price was not disclosed. A group of four representatives aided in the effort by CBRE, who brokered the deal on behalf of Trammell Crow.
