One brewing company is out and another one is in at 1710 Palmyrita Ave. #11 in Riverside. The space previously occupied by Inland Empire Brewing Company is soon to be the new home of Kitchen Sink Brewing Company. The location is between the 60/91/I-215 interchange, 3 miles from downtown.

What began as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the founders’ otherwise busy lives soon transformed into the full-scale operation known today as Kitchen Sink Brewing Company. Founders Jeff Schellin and Mike Weldon discovered a home beer brewing hobby had turned into a successful passion project and took the leap of opening their own brewery.

Kitchen Sink Brewing Company uses premium hops and fresh locally grown produce. And, it is more than just a brewery. The company focuses on community and family values, with a passion for brewing “beautiful” beer in a welcoming environment.
