Kitchen Showroom Baked into Office Lobby

High-end kitchen and residential cabinetry designer Leicht USA plans to open a 4,000-square-foot showroom in Park Tower in Costa Mesa, CA. The subsidiary of the German-based firm will create an “energetic” space in the lobby of the 17-story office tower at 695 Town Center Dr.

The 335,000-square-foot, Class A building adjacent to South Coast Plaza features an iconic lobby designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn. Park Tower’s corporate anchor is Deloitte, while New Zealand based appliance manufacturer, Fisher & Paykel, and highly popular new restaurant, Vaca, also occupy space.

NAI Capital’s John Manion represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Kaplan, Robert Lambert, and Brian Booth represented the landlord, One Town Center Associates. Booth said, Leicht USA “will make for an invitingly fresh concept on the ground floor of this premier building.”
