The Retreat at Sunset Walk apartments at 8050 Fins Up Circle in Kissimmee sold for $88.5 million.

The Orlando Business Journal reports that an affiliate of Montage Capital was the buyer. Falcone Group sold the 352-unit property.

The Retreat at Sunset Walk was built in 2022 on nearly 18 acres. The complex consists of four-story buildings with up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms per unit, which rent for $1,641-$2,599 monthly.

The waterfront complex offers amenities such as a heated pool, fitness center, resident lounges, gaming room, detached garages, outdoor pavilion, fire pit, grilling stations, and more.

The nearby Margaritaville Orlando Resort, owned and operated by Margaritaville Holdings, spans 300 acres. That includes the Margaritaville Hotel, the Island H2O Live! water park, the 200,000-square-foot Sunset Walk retail center, and more than 1,000 condos and vacation homes.
