Kissimmee Apartment Community Trades for $67M

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $67 million sale of Integra Sunrise Parc Apartments, a 300-unit apartment community in Kissimmee.

The property opened in 2019 and is comprised of eight, four-story residential buildings, a clubhouse and 10 garage buildings. The property offers a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units with an average size of 972 square feet. Amenities include a zero-entry saltwater pool, soft turf outdoor yoga studio, dog park, gated electronic entrance, recycling center, gas grills, bocce ball court, hammocks, a courtyard zen garden, 24-hour CrossFit gym and fitness studio, as well as an indoor dog spa and  gourmet coffee bar. At the time of sale, the community was 83% leased.

Jay Ballard, Ken Delvillar, Michael Mulkern and Robert Given of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Team represented the sellers, a development partnership of Panther Residential Management, Integra Land Company and CrossHarbor Capital Partners, in the transaction. The buyer was Bluerock Value Exchange.
