Kislak Markets 4-Building Apt. Portfolio in Newark

The Kislak Company has been named the exclusive sales agent for an 81-unit multifamily portfolio in North Newark, NJ. The fully-occupied four-building portfolio is located mainly on Mount Prospect Avenue in Newark’s Forest Hill section.

SVP Barry Waisbrod and sales associate Julie Gralla are handling the assignment on behalf of the property owner. “The North Newark portfolio provides investors with a unique opportunity to establish themselves in one of the hottest and fastest-growing markets in the Tri-State Area on one of the most desirable streets, Mount Prospect Avenue,” said Gralla.

Gralla cited “ample reasons why Newark is so desirable right now,” including a plethora of new developments with more on the way. “While many large employers such as Prudential, Panasonic, Audible and HelloFresh (with 450 more jobs planned) are already in Newark, Amazon named the city as one of its finalists for a second headquarters.”
