Kiser Group has been selected to market for sale the Forest Glen Apartments at 1639 Forest Road, a three-story, 264-unit multifamily property in the highly sought-after La Grange Park neighborhood. The property is listed for $34 million.

Managing Broker Lee Kiser, along with Advisors Will Cornish and Kyle Sissell, have the listing. Forest Glen Apartments is comprised of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, and the property is surrounded by popular Chicagoland suburbs. Located near retail, dining, and business districts, the large Cook County apartment complex also offers convenient access to I-55, I-294, and I-290.

Kiser Group expects strong investor interest due to the debt assumption and the property’s performance. “Potential investors can seize the opportunity to secure a stronghold on the market and capitalize on the sustained demand for quality rental units in the La Grange Park area,” said Cornish. According to Kiser, the complex has a current 98 percent occupancy rate.
