Kiser Group’s South Side Specialists on Pace for a Record-Breaking Year

As the Kiser Group’s Birk | Sklar Team approaches the halfway mark of 2022, they are on their way towards another record-breaking year. With 43 properties sold, totaling more than 550 units, the team is on track to beat last year’s record of 73 deals.

In addition to close relationships with property owners, current market trends have aided in the team’s 2022 success. “Even with rising interest rates, the demand for cash flowing assets is at an all-time high,” said Noah Birk. “The combination of high demand and low supply has continued to yield record setting sale prices.”

Out of Birk | Sklar’s 43 transactions this year, Aaron Sklar sees 7600 S. South Shore Dr. as a standout. “Chicago’s South Shore has continued to command an incredible demand, and assets on South Shore Drive are rare, prestigious, and almost always generate a higher-than-average sales price.”
