Kiser Group's Danny Logarakis arranged the sale of 1237 W. Morse Ave., a 21-unit apartment property in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood

Kiser Group Sells One Rogers Park Multifamily, Lists Another

Kiser Group completed the sale of a rarely available 21-unit walk-up in East Rogers Park. 1237 W. Morse Ave. sold for $3.18 million.

Director Danny Logarakis represented the seller, who owned the property for more than two decades. Logarakis also represented the buyer.

“While current ownership has kept the property meticulously maintained for two decades, the buyer will have an opportunity to add value by renovating units and raising rents to market-rate,” said Logarakis.

In addition to the closing, Logarakis also represents the seller of another Rogers Park asset, a 10-unit property at 6649 N. Greenview Ave. listed at $1.425 million.

“The North Greenview property provides a new owner several value-add opportunities, including converting the two one-bedroom units into two-bedroom units,” said Logarakis. “Rents in the building are currently 20% below market, so it’s a great opportunity in a great pocket of Rogers Park.”
