Kiser Group Promotes 2 to Broker

Mid-market multifamily brokerage Kiser Group has promoted Rick Ofman (pictured) and Stevens Haen to broker from broker associate. Both Ofman and Haen focus on North Side neighborhoods.

Haen was promoted after closing $40 million in transactions since joining Kiser Group, including two notable portfolio deals in Edgewater and Rogers Park. Ofman has closed $11 million of transactions in the 15 months since he began a career in commercial real estate.

“Rick approaches brokerage just like his former teaching career, obtaining a deep understanding of the subject so he can lead and inform his audience (now investors instead of students),” said Kiser Group’s Lee Kiser. Of Haen, Kiser said, “From his former career as a trader, Stevens brings an analytical mind and great understanding of numbers and financials to his clients.”
