Kiser Group Lists 151-Unit Portfolio in Uptown

Kiser Group has listed Ravenswood Gardens, a portfolio comprising 151 apartment units across seven closely situated buildings in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. The portfolio, listed for $20 million, presents an attractive opportunity for investors looking to acquire scale, assumable debt, and strong cash flow, according to Kiser Group.

The listing is being handled by managing broker Lee Kiser and advisors Katie LeGrand and Jacob Price. Spread across four different sites, all located within a city block of each other, the 1960s buildings have a range of finishes, including laminate or granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and vinyl flooring. Each building has 11-12 parking spots.

“The market trends in Uptown are favorable, with new construction and renovations driving demand for rental products in the area,” said Price. “What sets Ravenswood Gardens apart is the unique community feel and location of the portfolio within the neighborhood, making it an appealing investment opportunity.”
