Kiser Group Facilitates $31M in Chicago Multifamily Transactions

Kiser Group recently closed two significant multifamily transactions in Chicago, totaling $31.5 million collectively. Both transactions involved TLC Management.

The first transaction, brokered by Lee Kiser, Aaron Sklar, and Noah Birk, involved a portfolio of three multifamily properties in Hyde Park, including the Campus Court Apartments, the Victorian, and Woodlawn House, totaling 207 units. At closing, the portfolio maintained an occupancy rate exceeding 95%.

The second transaction, brokered by Lee Kiser, Andy Friedman, and Jake Parker, was the sale of The Annabelle, a large multifamily building in Lakeview with 93.6% occupancy. The Annabelle features a prime location just one block from the Lakefront and walking distance to Wrigley Field.
