Kiser Group Expands Into Minneapolis-St. Paul Market

Kiser Group has expanded into Minnesota by partnering with multifamily broker Robert Dulin to open a multifamily brokerage office in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

The firm already has brokers focused on Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin, and this expansion broadens Kiser Group’s reach across the Midwest. “We are thrilled to work with Robert to offer services to Minneapolis-St. Paul multifamily owners and investors,” said Lee Kiser, Founder/Principal and Designated Managing Broker of Kiser Group.

Robert Dulin, formerly a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, brings 15 years of multifamily brokerage experience to his role as Executive Director for Kiser Group’s Minneapolis/St. Paul operations. “Kiser Group’s platform perfectly aligns with my business of exclusively serving multifamily clients,” said Dulin. “Their approach of seeing the full client continuum is something that I have implemented into my own business, and I am excited to find a partner that identifies the importance of this with clients.
