Kiser Group Brokers Sale of Lincoln Square Multifamily

Kiser Group has completed the sale of the property located at 2630-32 W. Winnemac, situated in Chicago’s highly desirable Lincoln Square neighborhood.

The transaction was expertly brokered by Kiser Group Advisors Katie LeGrand and Jacob Price, with a final sale price of $1.61 million. The six-unit, value-add property, originally constructed in 1928, has been owned by the same family for over four decades.

Each unit offers approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, featuring three bedrooms, one bathroom, and separate living and dining rooms. The property also includes five garage parking spaces, providing an additional revenue stream opportunity.

Katie LeGrand, Advisor at Kiser Group, said, “The rapid closing highlights the enduring appeal of this asset in such a vibrant community. We’re proud to have facilitated a transaction that benefits both the buyer and the neighborhood.”
