Kiser Group Brokers Off-Market Deal for Rogers Park Multifamily

Kiser Group director Danny Logarakis has brokered the $2.75-million off-market sale of 7224 N Rockwell in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. The 18-unit apartment property has been partially renovated and houses four dorm units for the Hebrew Theological College.

“The building is in a great residential pocket of West Rogers Park,” said Logarakis. “The property at 7224 N Rockwell is located on a quiet, tree lined street, lined with single-family homes.” He added that there are few buildings of this size north of Toughy Avenue, making it highly sought-after.

Logarakis frequently brokers transactions in the area and has seen a change in the prices that properties are trading for. “Buildings in Rogers Park and West Rogers Park are continuing to trade at record prices,” he said.

The buyer, a local investor, purchased the property for $152,778 per unit.
