Kiser Group Brokers Bulk Condo Sale in Rosemont

Kiser Group has completed the sale of 35 condominium units in a bulk transaction located in Rosemont, Illinois. The deal, totaling $3.875 million, was brokered by Kiser Group’s Partner, Andy Friedman and Senior Director, Jake Parker.

“Bulk condominium transactions are uncommon, especially in a market like Rosemont, where multifamily properties rarely trade,” said Friedman. “The buyer recognized the potential of both the real estate and the location.”

With 97% occupancy at the time of sale, the transaction represents a rare opportunity for a local investor to acquire a value-add asset in a highly sought-after, low-supply submarket. The centrally located property offers convenient access to O’Hare International Airport, Rivers Casino, the Rosemont Fashion Outlets, and a growing mix of traditional shopping and dining options. “This sale highlights the kind of creative dealmaking that can happen when a buyer is willing to take on a unique ownership structure,” added Parker.
