Kiser Celebrates Record-Breaking Volume in 2023 MF Deals

Kiser Group’s Aaron Sklar and Noah Birk have achieved the milestone of 62 apartment buildings sold in 2023, amounting to over $100 million in transaction value. “With our current 2024 pipeline continuing to grow, we look forward to building on our team’s growth and continue increasing market share,” said Sklar.

With a focus on Chicago’s south and west sides, the team has seen continued success despite rising interest rates, which have steered capital towards higher yield opportunities, notably in lower-income areas.

“Most of the players in the market saw the rising rate environment as a sign to pause. We saw it as a great opportunity for our clients,” said Birk. “I think buyers who are getting into the game right now and are willing to temporarily accept lower yields are going to be very happy in the coming years.”
