Kiser Brokers Close of Four Multifamily Transactions

Kiser Group announced that brokers Jack Petrando and Noah Clark closed four Chicago multifamily transactions in three weeks.

1444 S. Trumbull in Lawndale, a nine-unit, fully occupied building, sold for $84,000 per unit. 201 S. Laramie in Austin, which featured six units, sold for $390,000.

Located in East Garfield Park, 3115 W. Washington is a vintage building and the six-unit property sold for $450,000 in a cash deal. A 12-unit value-add property on Chicago’s South Side at 8917 S. Cottage Grove sold for $750,000.

Chicago’s West and South Sides continue to attract investors seeking both value-add opportunities and stable, income-generating properties. “Demand remains robust across these neighborhoods,” said Petrando. “We’re seeing a mix of interest in both stabilized properties and those with significant upside potential.”
