Kiser Brokers 12-Unit Multifamily Property Sale in East Garfield Park

Kiser Group brokers Jack Petrando and Noah Clark have closed the sale of a 12-unit multifamily property at 241–243 N. Homan Avenue in East Garfield Park for $1.05 million.

Situated in the rapidly developing East Garfield Park neighborhood, the property features large units and a rare attached parking lot, a combination that’s uncommon in the area. Its prime location near the park and the train station further enhances its appeal to both tenants and investors.

The fully occupied property attracted multiple offers within just one week of listing and after its first day of tours—demonstrating the strong investor demand for well-located, value-add opportunities in Chicago’s West Side neighborhoods.

“This deal highlights just how much buyer interest there is in East Garfield Park right now,” said Petrando. “We continue to see strong competition among investors looking for properties that offer both immediate income and long-term upside.”
