Kirkland Condominium Project Reaches Construction Milestone

Cordillera Homes announced several significant construction milestones at Central Peak Residences, a boutique collection of 26 condominiums in the heart of downtown Kirkland, including completion of the project’s cast-in-place concrete structure and the start of wood framing.

“This is an exciting point in the construction of Central Peak Residences, when people can start to see the community we’ve envisioned coming to life,” said Nick Tosti, principal at Cordillera Homes. The community will comprise just 26 single-level residences ranging from approximately 1,150 to 2,415 square feet.

Designed in collaboration with Baylis Architects, the four-story building will include a neighborhood café, a lounge, secure bike storage, dedicated below-grade parking, and a rooftop terrace. Its location places residents in the heart of downtown Kirkland, just steps from Marina Park, Kirkland Urban, the Cross-Kirkland Corridor and the Lake Washington waterfront. Project partners include Baylis Architects, Brumbaugh and Associates, Encompass Engineering & Surveying, and DCI Structural Engineering.
