Kips Bay Retail at $85-SF

Celebrity dermatologist Dr. Bobby Buka, who counts celebrities Sarah Jessica Parker and Julianne Moore as patients, will open his sixth medical office at 247 East 28th Street.

“Kips Bay was the next natural location for Dr. Buka, who attracts clientele from all over New York City,” said John Brod, partner ABS Partners, which represented the landlord, MB Grayson, a subsidiary of May Bao.

Kips Bay Dermatology is planned to open in August 2017, filling 1,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space in the residential building on the corner of 28th St. and Second Ave. Asking rent was $85 per square foot.
