Kinzie Corridor Value-Add Site Hits the Market
Seeking to attract investors who are getting priced out of the West Loop and Fulton Market, an investment opportunity is coming to market in the Near West Side’s Kinzie Industrial Corridor. A two-building site at 1640 W.
