Kingwood To Be Home to 289-Unit Multifamily Project

High Street Residential has started building the Residences at Kingwood, a 289-unit apartment complex located on the northern outskirts of Houston. The project will have 240 apartments and 49 townhomes. High Street Residential is partnering with homebuilder Daiwa House Group on the project.

The one, two and three-bedroom units will have individual washers and dryers. Some will have private balconies and garages. Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, resident lounge and art gallery. Exterior amenities will feature a putting green, bocce ball courts, pickleball court, and multiple outdoor dining areas.

Cadence McShane is the general contractor. Completion is slated for 2023.
