Kingsbridge Development Site Up for Sale

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to arrange the sale of 3145 Bailey Ave., a 1,316-square-foot automobile repair garage on a 7,054-square-foot corner lot in the Kingsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx.

The firm’s Jonathan Squires, Eric Roth and Addison Berniker will be leading marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s owner.

“The market for industrial real estate and residential development sites was strong prior to the pandemic and we’re continuing to see robust demand,” said Squires. “This property allows for 21,162 buildable square feet in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Kingsbridge.”

Roth added, “This occupied, income-producing property can supply a developer with steady cash flow while they submit plans to build.”

The building is currently 100% leased to one tenant and allows for up to 21,162 buildable square feet under current zoning. It’s near the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s West 231st Street Station, providing direct access to Times Square.
