King Street Tops Off Construction on Fifth Pathway Devens Building

King Street Properties along with BW Kennedy & Co. and approximately 70 guests celebrated a topping off at 75 Jackson Rd., part of the Pathway Devens campus in Devens, MA. The 210,659-square-foot building is the fifth to be constructed by King Street with BWK as the general contractor in this district for industries including life science, green tech and advanced manufacturing.

“Because of the teams’ diligent efforts and expertise, we are proud to celebrate this significant milestone on the fifth building at Pathway Devens that we have built with our partners at BWK,” said Tyson Reynoso, managing director/partner at King Street.

Designed for advanced manufacturing, the building features clear heights of 18 feet on the first floor and 16 feet, 10 inches on the second floor, with a maximum clear height of 38 feet in the high bay area. A July 2025 completion date is anticipated.
