King Street Hires Tanner Larson to Support West Coast Leasing

King Street Properties has hired Tanner Larson as a director in its California office, where he will support leasing capabilities and the ongoing growth of the Boston-based firm’s West Coast life science portfolio. Larson joins King Street from Kilroy Realty, where he most recently served as VP of leasing.

“Tanner brings deep market knowledge and strong industry relationships to support our current portfolio and help us grow strategically,” said Sonia Taneja, managing director and West region market lead at King Street Properties.

Over his tenure with Kilroy, Larson executed tenant commitments in excess of 500,000 square feet of space in the Bay Area. He played a key role in the Kilroy Oyster Point life science project and the 54,000-square-foot conversion of an underutilized Bay Area asset into life science suites. His background includes corporate investment and strategy roles, bringing analytical and financial foundations to his work.
