Kimco Taps Progressive Real Estate to Lease Chino Hills Marketplace

The Progressive Real Estate Partners brokerage team of Roxanne “Roxy” Klein and Paul Su has been selected by Kimco Realty to lease Chino Hills Marketplace in Chino Hills. The 310,600-square-foot community center is home to Smart & Final Extra, 24-Hour Fitness, Dollar Tree, Boot Barn, Kahoots, Turner’s Outdoorsman, The Habit, Starbucks, Wing Stop, El Pollo Loco and more than 50 other specialty shops, services and restaurants.

Klein said, “Paul Su and I appreciate the confidence Kimco has shown in us and Progressive Real Estate Partners and we look forward to collaborating with them on this project. In addition to this center, we recently worked with them on the successful lease-up of Corona Hills Plaza.”

The center is situated adjacent to Highway 71 and at the signalized intersection of Chino Hills Parkway and Pipeline Avenue with visibility to more than 52,900 cars per day. Current leasing opportunities include junior anchor, shop and second-generation restaurant spaces ranging from 1,050 square feet to 23,830 square feet.
