Kimco Realty Acquires Woodbridge Lifestyle Center for $173M

Kimco Realty, owner and operator of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers, has acquired Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge, Virginia, for $172.5 million.

The 504,000-square-foot lifestyle center is anchored by a Wegmans grocery store and features a diverse tenant mix including national brands like REI, Ulta Beauty, and Starbucks, as well as local shops and restaurants. The acquisition offers opportunities for future development, including outparcel retail buildings and mixed-use expansion.

“We’re excited to add Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, a premiere grocery-anchored center situated in a high barrier-to-entry location with strong demographics, to our dynamic portfolio,” said Ross Cooper, Kimco’s President and Chief Investment Officer.
