Kimco Grows Retail Tenant Roster in LA, OC Counties

Kimco Realty, a leading owner and operator of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use properties, said Tuesday it has added 14 new tenants across seven shopping centers throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

The new leases include the following: Whittwood Town Center in Whittier, Milano Nail Spa; Granary Square in Valencia, Thermal Horizons; La Mirada Theater Center in La Mirada, Movita Juice Bar, Mogn Nails; Plaza Di Northridge in Northridge, Burlington, Mokkoji Shabu Shabu; Larwin Square in Tustin, Better Edu USA, Central Orange County Optometry, Chef Chuan, Omomo Tea Shoppe, Tustin Power Station; Anaheim Plaza in Anaheim, Crumbl Cookies, In-N-Out Burger, Crunch Fitness; and Pavilions Place in Westminster, Chick-fil-A, H Mart. The H Mart lease will be the largest at 114,290 square feet.

Each of the new tenants is either already open or expected to open by the third quarter of 2025. This announcement follows other recent additions at Kimco-managed centers throughout the U.S.
