Kim Brennan Returns to Cushman & Wakefield as NJ Managing Director 

Kim Brennan has joined Cushman & Wakefield as managing director based in the Morristown office. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Brennan will focus on business development.  

Previously, Brennan worked at CBRE for four years, where she drove business initiatives and broker business development in various sectors. She also served as COO in the tri-state region for Colliers International and spent ten years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she was the market leader for the firm’s New Jersey region.  

Brennan has co-chaired the NAIOP NJ Gala Committee and is a Trustee for NAIOP NJ. She also served as director of programming for CREW NJ, an international organization for women in commercial real estate, and as director of Membership. She was a founding member of the BOMA Research Council and a member of the American Management Association International.
