Kilroy Realty recently sold four office complexes in San Diego for $258 million, in a deal brokered by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. The buyer was not revealed.

The assets, in the Sorrento Mesa and Governor Park areas, total 933,134 square feet and are 83 percent leased, although two of the nine buildings in the portfolio are vacant. The facilities consist of Governor Pointe, Scripps Wateridge, Sequence Technology Center and Sorrento Gateway. Most of the leased space is occupied by tech tenants, and the areas are known as one of San Diego’s main centers for that industry.
