Kilroy Breaks Ground on $270M SoMa Dev, Adobe to Anchor
Los Angeles-based Kilroy Realty Corp. broke ground on 100 Hooper, a $270-million, 400,000-square-foot development in San Francisco’s SoMa district. The REIT also inked a 207,000-square-foot lease with Adobe to anchor the office project, and bring it to 65% leased.
100 Hooper features two, four-story buildings on a 3.3-acre site. The project is designed to meet LEED Platinum standards, and is fully entitled for 314,000 square feet of office and 86,000 square feet of PDR space.
Kilroy Realty’s Mike Sanford says, “The interplay between class A office and manufacturing space makes 100 Hooper one of the most unique technology campuses in SoMa.”
Colliers International’s Mike Monroe, Mike McCarthy and Brian McCarthy represented the landlord.
